Video SYNC signal not balanced would cause picture "up-rolling" that happened on weak, strong differential signal into DVR. Or under long range cabling cause "Impedance not Matching". For Coaxial cabling, add CB001VH ( Coaxial BALUN) for extra interference rejection, twisted pair cabling, add TVB001.
